The Registrar's Office is transitioning from PDF forms that require instructor signatures to the new OnBase form management system. This system offers web form capabilities, streamlined decision workflows, automated communications, and routes submissions directly to our office for processing and storage in the student's official record. To help instructors and chairs navigate this change, we have developed this training video using the Audit Contract example, as this is the first form converted to require Instructor approval.
